Morgan Hartsfield is an Illustrator and Visual Development Artist based in Lothian, MD. She graduated with a BFA in Illustration from Maryland Institute College of Art with a concentration in Animation. She is most interested in creating whimsical and cheerful art that brings smiles to people's faces.
